Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

For returns please email and explain the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags.

Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. 

If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Items like accessories, bodysuits or white clothes cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.

To return your item(s) you should mail your item(s) to: 475 Hostos Ave. Suite 103, Centro Novios Plaza, Mayaguez, PR 00680.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
